Wilson Sonsini is pleased to present the latest edition of The Life Sciences Report. This issue features a recap of the recent trade mission and roadshow in which the firm and U.S.-Japan Medtech Frontiers led representatives from 22 U.S. start-up and growth-stage medical device companies to Japan for the Sixth Annual Japan Medical Device Innovation Week. The publication also covers data from life sciences transactions in which firm clients participated in 2H 2018 and 1H 2019, the FDA’s recent guidance on the Special 510(k) Program, and the 2019 Phoenix Conference for medical device CEOs and senior executives held in October. In addition, the issue includes a summary of select recent life sciences client highlights and upcoming life sciences events.

On April 22nd, US-Japan MedTech Frontiers and the Japan Society  collaborated once more in presenting their annual US-Japan Healthcare Connection MedTech Conference.

Six esteemed guests gave lectures via Zoom, covering an array of fascinating and timely subjects.
